Yes, we do weekly backups every Sunday night. We also give you the opportunity to set up Cron jobs to automatically create your own backups. |
Is there a cost if I need one of Sentry's backups used?
Yes, we charge $25 if you need us to restore one of the backups we created. There is no charge for you to use the backups you created yourself. |
When I create a backup myself, what does it backup?
This backup gets everything associated with your account: e-mail accounts (including the passwords and messages still on the system), FTP accounts, add-on/sub/parked domains, databases, mailing lists, EVERYTHING that is setup with the account. |
Does SentryWebHosting.com provide SSLs?
We will provide your site with a self assigned shared SSL. SSL encrypts confidential data such as credit card numbers and passwords. Either a shared SSL or a private SSL is required when taking credit cards off your site. |
What is Fantastico, and what does it give me?
Fantastico DeLuxe will allow you to install over 50 scripts instantly.
